THE BEST THING TO DO IS CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISES!!! Keep moving, find something fun you like to do, like running, walking, biking, but whatever YOU pick, try to exercise at least 20 - 30 mins 3-4 times a week with your heart rate around 70% of your MAX.( Or you should be able to HEAR yourself breath!!) This way you are buring FAT from all over your body. It's really hard to spot reduce.. Yes, crunches are GOOD, but you will need to do more then just crunches to trim your stomach!!
