The best thing to do is to focus on what you're doing and to nevermind the muscular guys. Hey- I bet they were just like you when they started lifting weights; you will remind them of when they were younger. The other people probably don't even notice that you're not muscular. If it is still a problem, go to the gym at hours when not a lot of people are there, like early in the morning or later at night.
