Yes I have seen it. I use the video to work out twice a week. GILAD is great. Lately, I find I have to do two episodes in a row to get full benefits. My favourite show is the one where he does a lot of squats to work on your buttocks, thighs (inner/outer) and abdomens.
This show USED to be aired few years back. I don't think it exists anymore, I had taped them in 1993.

These are my favourite work out videos. The other person I truly enjoy 'reading' about is Cory Everson. Unfortunately, her "Gotta Sweat" does not air in Toronto, Canada (at least not with my cable company). But I ordered her daily motivators on the net (www.coryeverson.com) and I think she is absolutely bombastic. 6 times Miss. Olympia Champion!
