Hiyas Seth,
First and foremost, I just wanna say that I envy you for being able to go from 180 lbs to 155 lbs. That is phenomenal and, in my humble opinion, something mayn can only dream of doing. WOW! (Forgive me if I sound cheesy, but I am being dead serious. Wow!)As far as improving your upper thighs, chest and abs areas goes, mayhap if you increase your resistance training and change the way in which you work out (add variety so that way your body won't become immune to the exercises you're doing) you may see more changes in the way your body looks. The only advice I could possibly think of (and this coming from a mere seventeen year old) is to change the routine in which you do your resistance training. Lift weights that are lighter than what you are usually use to and just increase the reps that you do. Or, if you already have been using light weights, try switching over to heavy weights and decrease the repetitions in which you do them. Sometimes, no matter how much exercise you do, your body will not respond (that is: even though you do an hour's worth of cardio and resistance training you just don't see any results). Your body has become used to the routine of the exercises that you do. Your body just feels that it does not need to do anything to keep up anymore because of the fact that it does not require much effort to do the routine - it's become used to, if not (to an extreme) immune to the exercises that you perform. You've gotta wake your body up and a great way to do that is by changing the exercises that you do. I realise I've gone above and beyond repeating myself. As far as looking better in your upper thighs, chest and abdominals area goes - take a gander at the exercises we offer to you here. There are variations included that you can use when your body has gotten used to the exercise.
Really hoping that this may have given you suggestions that you can use to improve your upper thighs, chest and abdominals. Once more, WOW! I honestly do envy you for a feat one can only dream of.
