I have been playing sports all my life. I am very active in basketball and softball, but I never feel like I am as in good of shape as I ought to be. My senior year, I was determined to get in shape. So, every day I would almost kill myself running. Finally my body had enough and I got sick. I was infected with mono,and strep throat at the same time. After four months, I am doing alot better, but I still get really tired. Could you please give me some exercises and reinforcement that I can apply to myself and it not make me sick again. Thanks.
