It's never too early to start with the weight training. Just make sure that you have a nice balance that will result in your goals in the workout.
: I am presently trying to lose about 25-30 pounds. I know I need to do a lot of cardiovascular work-outs to burn fat. But should I wait to start doing weight training until I'm closer to my goal, or should I do it consecutively?
