Well to gain weight you must EAT! and it all matters if
the weight is fat or muscle, muscle is what most people
want. To do this you should it around 4-6 meals a day
which are healthy in the way of protein and carbohydrates
and some fat as it will not hurt but not to much. Also
workout daily whether it is running, strength training or
doing sports this will increase muscle mass and help
you gain "good weight"
