It is very good that you want to change your physical
appearence and get into shape.
First off it doesn't matter how much you wieght
but how much of that weight is actually fat. You can
weight alot but have little fat and look great. You should
try to eat more healthy, as in fruits and veggies it may
seem hard but if you are serious about getting into shape
you must make some sacerfices, some simple workouts
that you can do in the home is the basic push-up, sit-up
(make sure you use proper technique) you can get a
can of food and curl it with your arms (any form of
restaint will do) Also you can do squats and lunges for
the legs, you can find out how to do many more exercises
if you do a little research. You can workout as little as
3 times a week to as much as 5-6 times, Hope this will
help and remember you are what you eat, and start
off small and then build on that.
