i want to shape up because compared to the other pple in my class, im really fat, and i dont know how to reduce my weight.
i am 104 pounds and im 61.6 inches which is pretty short, so in school i am considered overweight by my physical
education teacher. i like eating junk food and i think that restraining myself from eating this is quite difficult and
probably not very effective as i would go back to eating them again soon enough. could u give me suggestions on what workout should
i do if i want to tone up my entire body without the use of weights as i do not have any at home, and do not take that long to do.
how often should i exercise a week, and how much? and how do i have more stamina when i run in school for p.t. besides jogging and stuff.
