perhaps this is your friends way of encouraging you and complimenting you on a job well done. Losing thirteen pounds is quite a feat - not many of us have the drive, nor the time to actually follow through and lost the weight. Your friends may feel somewhat awkward as to what to say to you, then again they could just be really happy for you. There is no need for you to feel offended by what your friends say to you. What matters is not your friends' opinion of your losing weight, but YOUR opinion of YOUR losing weight. If your friends are just telling you that you look even more beautiful than before just to appease you then, well, you could ask them to give you an honest opinion or simply accept what they say.
Be proud of what you have accomplished.
