Bulimia is actually an eating disorder that is associated
with depression or guilt. What I would recommend is that
you read some motivational type books to help you over come
the inner lying feelings that you may have hidden inside.
A very good book that may help you feel better is called
"Hinds Feet in High Places". This is a very motivational
type book that I read when I was 15 and bulimic too.
I can tell you this, one major side effect is that the
acid inside of your stomach will eat at the enamel on
your teeth and then it will cause decay. And as worried
as you are about your appearance I don't think you want
to loose your teeth.
Be very careful when dieting because right now your body is
going through a lot of changes and your diet will effect
how you feel. Drink a lot of water and cut down on french fries.
Eating vegetables and fruits will aid in your weight loss as well.
Good luck! I think you will do just fine.
