Hello, Im an 32 years old mexican aerobics Instructor,
I was in a aerobic and fitness course last sunday, with Alexis from Australia.
Mi question is: All the experts says that the "only" way to lose fat is through aerobic training in a 60% or a 65% of a maximum heart rate and for 40 minutes.
But, the Reebok University says that a hi intensity work out or power intervals works with glucose and glicogen, but, after that, in the rest of the day the body uses the fat stored in the specific parts to convert it in more glucogen.
Then... there are two ways to lose fat?
aerobic-working : In the moment of the activity
anaerobic-power-working: After training
Please Im confused, can the experts help me?
Thanks for all.
