There are some aerobics on TV mostly they are on ESPN2 and FIT TV if you get those channels. The times are usually in the morining (6-11a.m.) but they might be different from where you live. There are a lot of tapes you can get. One interesting tape is The Grind workout. It's kinda hard to get the moves down, but you really get a good workout without even knowing it. Plus you learn some dance moves at the same time. As with dieting, try not to even buy fattening foods like chocolate and then they won't be in the house. Or you could ask someone in your house to hide the foods so you can't see them. Outta Sight, Outta Mind! Good Luck!!
