I'm 16 and would like to get in shape. I'm not really overweight, but I want to tone my muscles and look more attractive. Spring Break is coming up and I want to look good in my swimsuit. The main problem is that I really hate exercising and I love eating bad food. I've never had to worry before about this, I used to be able to eat all the time and never exercise and still look great. I really hate running, and swimming laps or anythiing where you do laps. I tried rollerblading for a while, but they broke and I havn't gotten around to buying new ones. (if I do get new ones, how many miles should I be doing?) I would love to do step acrobics, but I can't join a club. Aren't there some on TV? What channel and time? Please help, I would like to get started as soon as I can on a new diet/exercise program. Anything creative, not boring, and that would seem appealing, I have litterally no self disciplene.
