I'd suggest you to try both excersising and a fat-rich diet. All you need is to reinforce your breast muscles and to put on some pounds. Merry Christmas!!!
: Ok...dont listen to what that person said about masturbating...that is NOT going to make anything happen...I can gaurantee it...I suggest that you work out your pecs(your chest muscles) it will help a little but nothing is going to greatly improve your breast size.
