some people have excess fat in places that they just cant get rid of. what do you mean by "train"?if you are doing a full workout, add some thigh excercises. if you are only doing thigh excercises, then do the opposite and work the rest of your body, too. like i said, some people just cant lose fat in certain areas, so dont feel bad about it. just flaunt the good parts, and hide what you dont like!!!!
