had a prolapse of 5th lumbar disc about 6 months ago.used to do alot of ju-jitsu+ weight training.stopped the ju-jitsu.have returned to very light training,only do cycling for my legs now,trouble is still get some hip + groin pain at times, more twinges than anything else. any specific exercises i should do or avoid.problem worse after sitting more than 1 hour.can do range of stretches+ back extensions ok. religiously do them 3 times aday. please advise
