Try buying some Protein Powder, it is healthy and natural and help you put on LEAN body mass (the good stuff - muscle!). Your weights workout is ok, trying going to a gym for some more advice on a better one though (I'm not going to give you one because despite the fact I'm an experienced lifter, I'm not qualified!). Good luck, seek professional advice, and you'll be well on your way to building up! ;)
