Hi,
I am Akshay. I had a lot of health throughout my life. Now i am 20 years old. Currently, i have hyper acidity for the past 10 years. I am very thin. My waist is 26 inches, my chest is 35 inches. I do a lot of exercise everyday. I start with a warmup, then i do 150 pushups, benchpress with30 pounds (25repititions in 3sets), backpress with 30 pounds (20repitions in 3sets), bicep curling with 30 pounds (25 repititions in 3 sets) and then squats and then followup with cooldown. Please suggest me a diet which will increase my bodymass and also suggest me some exercises which i should do. My weight is 105 pounds and height is 66 inches. Thankyou.
