I have heard a lot about the "all natural" muscle builder creatine. i lift everday and the results are coming but not very quickly. i would like to know if anyone has any info about creatine and if it is a healthy way to go. please don't tell me to "just keep on lifting, the results will be there" i want to know about creatine.
