k, i dont wanna sound like an idiot, though i am, but first you gotta decide your problem, food, or fitness, do you eat too much? or not work out enough? if its you eat too much, dont go on a no carb diet, unhealthy, dont go anorexic or boolimic either, deadly. just cut down on fatty foods and pig out on fruits, skim stuff, no fat stuff, and water (the flavored stuff rocks!) if its fitness you could enter something you like, like karate or tennis or, you could even do a workout everynight. jump, the mag. has nightly work outs or you could go out to the gym and get a trainer. besides, your not that fat. your not fat. its pretty natural to weigh that much. just be glad your not too skinny
