: : :Heya, you worrywort! I totally understand how u feel about wanting to drop a couple of pounds..... But first I would urge you to think hard about the whole diet thing. If you diet, yoiu will gain weight back, take it from me. Also, if you look at the body of normal, healthy women who are active and energetic, they are not seriously underweight for their builds. Their bodies are the things that give them a vehicle to enjoy life, not a focus pouint to destroy their self-esteem.
: Another thing is, you've got to accept that you wont have a kids body for the rest of your life- at 14 you will tend to increase your bodyfat to allow your hormones to function properly. So dont screw up your metabolism now, rather get into the habit of being active and giving yourself energy.
: Why not try jumping rope to music, take tye dog for a walk, rent van exercise video, organise a soccer game with friends. I mean you arent trying to be an olympic athlete (RU?!) Just NJOY LIFE!!! cheers!
R u kidding me? I am 1 inch taller than u and i weight 175 pounds!! when i was 5'9, i was 135 lbs myself ..youre NOT fat..trust me.
