Between work and school there's no time for exercise. I use to spend atleast 15 hours a week lifting weights, and doing cardiovascular workouts. Now, I hardly have time to move from my chair.
What suggestions or comments do you have to remain fit while in college? Many students I see are fat, and too busy to workout. It's too easy to become a fast food guru. Help!!
