Hi
I am 30 pounds overweight. this time last year I was weighing 145lbs.
I have always battled my weight and was following a 1200cal diet where I counted my carbs . I was allowed 5 a day.
I lost about 20lbs. i hit a plataue and became very discouraged. I love to exercise so I do aerobics everyday and weights.
The majority of my weight gain is in my thighs and bottom. I need a good exercise program to reduce this area.
I am a university student so time is limited. i am eating properly again but feel very restricted on my diet.
