hey my name is sarah and Im 5'2and i way 110 okay and i used to way 128 and then i decided that i would sow people whos who and i lost nearly 30 pounds by exercising and watching my calorie and fat intake.I started out by getting food and watching how much fat and calories in them but most immportantly the calories because those r what get u and i ran every other day and did cruches every day because my fat was in my somach and thighs so now i way 110 and have big boobs and all the girls get jealous and that will happen to u but you need to disciplen yourself i hope i have helped!!
