I started going to the gym 5 months ago. No much advance but at least I have reduce my body fat percentage.
The thing is that I have things growing on my skin ... I don't know how to call it but it looks like a huge mesh of cracks, grooves or ditches that starts from the armpit area and extends to the bicep and the chest. They also appear in the waist and mostly in the back (lovehandles area). I was overwheight 4 years ago and lose a lot of pounds (293 lbs - 185 lbs weight /46 in - 34 in waist) and I never saw them.
Is there a way to avoid them? How can I get rid of the ones that I already have?
I will appritiate all your help.
