First of all, u are only 13 and you have still to grow and your weight is not definite, yet. I suggest you to do a lot of exercise, especially stretching, yoga and running. Then, drink mineral water as much as u can, and to eat regularly: breakfast, lunch, dinner.
For breakfast u can have milk, coffee,cereals and some fruits. If u are hungry during the morning have a yogurt or a fruit, then for lunch, some pasta and vegetables. During the day fruits. For dinner, some meat+salad+vegetables. e-mail to me to tell me how it is going! AND, ESPECIALLY, THINK POSITIVE!!!
