Sounds like you need a cheerleader, Alli. You need someone that will keep you going
after you start to lose confidence. Recruit family members or friends to help keep
you on track when you start dieting. Also remember to excercise! Don't just sit around
trying to diet while not getting your heart beating and muscles working. You'll find
that if you excercise and maintain a healthy diet, with the proper motivation, the
weight will start sliding off!
