Well all pleasantries aside, any time of day would be good for excercising.
Just because you can't get up early enough to do it in the morning doesn't
mean you shouldn't excercise. Do it when it's convenient, and excercise in
a manner you find fun. It's not always about losing weight, try going
out and playing a pickup game of ball, or shoot some hoops. The idea is to
get your muscles moving, burning fat, and your blood flowing.
