Tae Bo is good, as is any full body workout. You not only want to cut down on
fatty buildup around your stomach, but across your whole body as well. Excercise
is the key - you don't want to focus on a specific area. Doing so could do more
harm than good. Work out, lose some weight - after you slim down a bit, then you
may want to slightly increase your abdominal workout for increased definition.
