Hello...I have a 13yr old son who is a competitive soccer player. I am interested in starting him on a strength and speed workout of some type. He is currently going thru a growth spirt--about 5'7 110 lbs(thin and lean). I am consulting a personal trainer,but am open to any realistic suggestions. His soccer coaches as well as pediatrician say it's ok to start at this point. Appreciate your time. Thanks, TomR......PS, any thoughts on protein powders/creatine for 13yr old?
