:After 20 minutes of gymwork when you've depleted insulin and sugar levels then on that bike or treadmill for 30 minutes plus is the other alternative,but first thing is still best,set that alarm clock and skip that 8.30 rubbish on television!
and avoid the seven deadly sins:Mcdonalds,pizza,KFC,fried foods,alcohol,chocolate and snack foods i.e pringles,peanuts etc,you know all the stuff America loves.
