I doesnt really matter how much you eat its what you eat. You need to eat foods with lots of protien and calories and avoid junks foods. Also drinking pop which has caffeine, raises your metabolism and prevents your body from gaining weight. You also need to work out on some type of shedule regularly. With all the protien you eat, working out will put it into your muscles and make them bigger over time. I know about being super skinny, 2 years ago i weighed 155 lbs and i was 6'5. Now i weigh 196, from eating healthy and workin out 6 times a week. It will work if you just try it for a month, youll see a difference. Just eat about 3200 calories a day, 40g of protein per meal, and work out 6 days a week with running sometimes. Its gained me over 40 lbs in about a year and a half. Try it!!
