Talk to your doctor. Ask him about controlled weight gain. More than likely, he'll give you a list foods and perhaps some advice on what to look for as far as weight-gain compounds suitable for you. If you don't want to talk to a doctor, find a trainer or nutritionist in your area and talk to them - they'll probably come up with similar diets.
