My advice for you is to just eat as many fruits and veggies as possoble and stay away from all the fried stuff and greasy heart-clogging stuff. Another thing that also helps is to not eat anything after 8pm. Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise and just stay active. I know it is extremely hard to dtay in shape and not gain the yearly 15 pounds, but if you follow this and stick to is closely, then you won't have to worry about that. One of my theories is if you can eat basically anything you want as long as you don't eat very much of it , fill up on fruit and veggies first and exercize and you'll have no problem. Remember, taste only satisfies one of your senses. You still have 4 more.
