wrinkly my stomach was. At first I tried starving, then crash diets, nothing worked. Then I started running and really liked it. My knees started bothering me so I did work-out tapes instead. Try tae-bo, it really does wonders on your abs, believe me. You'll have a washboard in no time. Do like 100 extra crunches sometime in the day and when you are not working out, keep your abs as tight as possible, just flex and your stomach will shape up in no time.
: O.K., Here is how it is. I am on the swim team and yes I do have to wear a speedo. That is the problem. I do not have the stomach or chest that I would like to have if anyone knows how to get some abs! E-mail me!!!!!
