Hi, first of all, spot training doesn't work. On the brighter side of that, when you do lose fat, you lose it over the course of your entire body. Try arobic training in addition to weight training. Weight training helps you build muscle which helps you burn calories. Arobic training helps you burn calories as well and is very important for overall health and fitness, but works best in coalition to weight training. I try to focus my workouts on cadio-vascular work and then do a bit of weight training to optimize my results.
