I can sympathize! I am fairly clumsy and not very good at sports either. But I do work out a bit, and I've found that running (either outside or on a treadmill) doesn't require much coordination. Do remember to breathe properly, wear comfortable tennis shoes with good support and stretch to prevent injury. And if you can find someone to show you around a gym, weight training is a great way to improve your athleticism, coordination, and build muscle. Overall both promote great physical health and personally have found it to be a wonderful stress reliever. (Especially when I've had a crummy day)
