If you have any control over it, do not have a lot of junk food in the house. Ask whoever does the shopping to consider how unhealthy these things are for the family and buying healthy alternatives. Such as fruit or low in fat and sugar cereal bars, etc. It's okay to snack a little, but everything comes in moderation. If you have to have a sweet snack, it's okay as long as you don't gourge on them.
