Try some simple excercises, such as walking or jogging first. That will build up
your stamina, and following that you can start doing other excercises to bulk up
and tone your muscles. Probably you'll want to adjust your calorie intake as well,
once you start excercising. Since you'll be burning more calories on a daily basis.
Try not to rush into building muscles quickly - that's a good way to add more fat,
but not more muscles.
Aside from that, if you are very serious, seek out a personal trainer - they're
the professionals you know.
