: I usually lift weights for 45 minutes a day, run a mile, and do 1000 crunches. (all variations of course) But after every time I eat, my stomach blows up like a balloon. I think I may just have a big stomach and a lot of room to fill. But I am 5'9" and weigh about 125 pounds. way too much for me. I don't know how to get rid of the bulge if I am already working out and eating right. Please help>
Cut down on those crunches! Your tummy muscles are probably so built up that whenever your stomach expands when you eat, your abs look huge! try cutting down to 150 or so a day, there's no reason to do 1000! :)
