I had a question in mind and i hope u can help me out..Im a 21 year old girl.. and i weigh around 153 Lbs.. which is really not appropriate for me. All the fat is accumulated on my thighs and arms. I dont have any clue of how to get rid of it. IF u could tell me certain sorts of excercises that would help me I would appreciate it..
