I usually lift weights for 45 minutes a day, run a mile, and do 1000 crunches. (all variations of course) But after every time I eat, my stomach blows up like a balloon. I think I may just have a big stomach and a lot of room to fill. But I am 5'9" and weigh about 125 pounds. way too much for me. I don't know how to get rid of the bulge if I am already working out and eating right. Please help>
