First you have to stop dieting. They don't work. The most effective way to lose weight and keep it off is this way...First decrease your calorie intake by about 200 calories a day. Not 2000, just 200. Then increase your workout to burning about 350 calories a day. Overall, you're still getting the nutrition and exercise you need, but doing it slowly. You should start to lose about 1 pound a week. This may not sound like much, but if you keep it up, it will turn into 12 pounds by christmas. it is the most effective and efficient way to lose and lose for good!
