I am a 29 old male, I have been working out since I was 15. I am 6'3 about 224, have good musculature but have that layer of fat covering my muscles. I am sick of weight training and just want to maintain what I have, however I would like to drop about 15 pounds of fat. Whats the quickest way to do it without sacrificing too much muscle???
