: : Lydia,
: : Thanks for your flattery. I found a message posted on September 6th, and hopefully this is the one you are referring to.
: : Pardon me, but I'm american, and my conversions aren't so good. Looks to me like 5 kilos is about 11 lbs. You've got 2 months or so 'til christmas, and so you need to get movin now if you want to drop that weight.
: : Let's start with the excessive snacking. If you realize you're doing it, then try and stop yourself! Instead of asking yourself "Hey, what are you doing?" try saying to yourself "don't eat now, I don't need to." If you think you need to eat, try finding something healthy - fruits or vegetables. It's still eating, but there are less fat-calories involved.
: : The hard part you talk about is only hard in your mind, of course - your muscles may follow. Try excercising daily. I, myself, try to rollerblade every day. That doesn't mean I do it, but I sure try. And it helps. Even if you can't do that, do something to energize your muscles so that they start burning fat before you eat in the morning. Something as simple as jumping jacks or running in place for a minute or two.
: : I really hope this helps you out, Lydia :)

: Dear NaFP,
: thanks for your quick reply, I really appreciate it. I will let you know how I did, before I go home.
: If you don't mind, I would love to stay in touch with you. {here is some good news : I took up
: TaeKwonDo lessons and I feel really energized and I lost some weight already too !} I think now in a way, like
: not to concentrate on losing the weight only, but also on other great benefits of sport activities.
: Oh, and you mentioned excercising in the morning which is great for fat burning I know, but due to my job for me it's impossible. Usually,
: I excercise in the afternoon or early evening. Hope it's still a good timing for my goal.
: Anyway, thanks a lot for your help I will "store" your advice deep in my mind...
: Lydia
Lydia,
If you have a desk job, just try to fit in about 5 minutes of easy stretching in the morning.
It won't burn fat, but it will make you feel a lot better later in the day.
