I started exercising/walking over a year ago. I lost weight & inches. Then the weight came back, plus some. I really started eat right, and am exercising more now than a year ago. Everyone says that muscle weighs more than fat, but I do not look musclar, and the weight is still creaping on. I've decreased my calorie intake, but am still having the same problem with the weight gain. I don't want to keep getting larger. How do I stop this?
