Pam, try walking or jogging for 30 or 45 minutes before you eat in the mornings. The reason for doing it before you eat is because all the carbos will have been burned off from sleeping the night before, and your body will start burning fat right away! Maybe drag some friends along for entertainment. It's a good cardiovascular excercise, and it can definately take those pounds off!
