I've heard lots of different things: Fish, mango, citrus fruits, etc.
None of that is true. In reality, there is no such thing as a "brain food". What will help you focus is a good diet, regular excercise, and around 8 hours of sleep every night.
Alot of teens can't make 8 hours of sleep a night, but you should get as much of that as you can. Even for teenagers, 4-5 hours of sleep a night is unhealthy and unwise. It can effect your mental and physical wellness in a very negative way.
