As true as this sounds, simply not eating fast food won't improve your overall body health. Yes, you should steer clear of fast food in excess, and junk food as well, but that will not give you a healthy body.
If you think that eating fast food doesn't affect your diet or body health, that's wrong too. Fast food for the most part tends to be high in fat calories, especially burgers. Try switching to something lighter if you're on the go.
Many fast food places are starting to offer much healthier options. Pita sandwiches, wraps, and salads make for a great lunch or dinner meal on the go, and they are generally available all over. Also too, look at a light sub - turkey and ham, or just check out your local subway. The caloric content of several meals are posted within the stores now.
